Before You Join

A few gentle notes to support your experience

Time & Space

Each session may flow slightly beyond the scheduled time. Please allow yourself a little extra space to settle and integrate. Arriving on time helps you enter the session with calm and presence.

What to Prepare

A notebook and pen for reflection and journaling. For selected courses, materials will be shared in advance.
Any physical items will be mailed — please ensure your details are accurate.

Session Format

Sessions are held via Zoom. Access details will be sent 1–2 days before.Join from a quiet, undisturbed space. Camera on is gently encouraged to support connection.

Changes & Cancellation

Cancellations are available up to 5 days before the session. Within 5 days, slots are non-refundable but may be transferred. If a session is affected by unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.

Privacy

All sessions are held in a safe and confidential space. Any recordings are for internal use only. 1-to-1 sessions are never recorded or shared without your consent.

A Gentle Note

If you’re moving through something sensitive, you’re welcome to share in advance. This space is for reflection and support , not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

时间与安排

  • 每堂课程实际结束时间将依据当天的能量与状态微调,请预留弹性时间陪伴自己。
  • 请尽可能准时上线或到场,给予自己一个完整的空间。

课程准备

  • 请准备好一支笔和一本笔记本或纸张,用于 journaling 记录与反思练习。
  • 部分课程会在课前提供课程手册,手册将以电子档形式发送,手串则以邮寄方式寄出,请确保填好联络资讯与收件地址。

上课形式

  • 课程将通过 Zoom 线上进行,链接会于课程前1~2日以电邮方式发出。
  • 为确保疗愈品质,请选择安静、不受干扰的空间参加。
  • 建议开启摄像头以促进彼此交流与共振感。

退费与调整政策

  • 如需取消报名,请于课程开始前至少5天通知,以便我们安排退款或转让名额。
  • 开课前5天内取消将不设退费,但可转让他人参与。
  • 若课程因不可抗力取消(如导师健康状况、系统问题等),将全额退费或协商更改日期。

隐私与保密承诺

  • 所有课程与对谈将严格遵守隐私原则,课程过程中如有录影,均为内部复习用途,不会公开或外传。
  • 一对一疗愈对谈全程保密,未经你本人许可,不会记录、截取或用于宣传,确保你的信任与安全感。

  • 若你在课程前有特别的情绪状态或身心状况,欢迎事先私讯告知,我们将更贴近你的节奏安排引导。
  • 所有课程皆为非医疗性质的支持与自我探索课程,如有临床心理相关症状,建议同时寻求专业医疗协助。
